1. Overview of the Employee Portal
2. Your Account – Update your profile, change your password and upload documents
3. Onboarding – View your onboarding plan – review and accept policies, upload documents, take tests, and provide feedback, view employee onboarding plans, and view employee onboarding activities you are responsible for
4. Your Company – See the company flowchart and view company contacts
5. The Documents Library – Access important company policies, files, and training documents
6. My Employees (My Subordinates) – Quicklinks to key employee data – profiles, skills, goal plans, evaluations, 360-degree feedback, IDPs, and uploaded documents
7. Recruitment – Create recruitment requests and monitor candidates’ status
8. Performance – Create/review goal plans (objectives), launch evaluations, review current/past employee evaluations, and provide 360-degree feedback.
9. Training – Access your training library and assigned training, approve employee signup requests, confirm employee attendance, identify which attendees have required training to attend, and monitor your employees attending training sessions
10. Tests and Surveys – Complete a test or survey
11. Messages – Send messages and access messages
12. Reports (limited access) – Access reports in the employee portal
13. Administration – Add pages and documents
