Who qualifies for Sincron HR Pro's TechSoup USA nonprofit pricing?
US organizations validated by TechSoup USA qualify, which generally means holding active 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. See TechSoup's eligibility page for the full list of qualifying organization types.
Are these prices in US dollars?
Yes. All prices on this page are in US dollars: the demo and the 60-day Implementation Trial (FIT) are both $0, the Go Live fee is $899 for eligible nonprofits (a 50% discount off the standard $1,799), and the ongoing subscription is $10 USD per user per month with a five-user minimum ($50 USD per month). Applicable taxes are extra.
Does my organization need a TechSoup USA membership?
No. TechSoup USA membership is one path to nonprofit pricing. CARF-accredited nonprofits and social-service agencies in the United States can qualify for the same USD rates directly through Sincron HR.
What documents does TechSoup USA ask for?
TechSoup USA validates your organization once, typically using your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter. Having it ready before you register speeds up validation.
Is US client data stored safely?
Yes. Sincron HR Pro is designed to comply with applicable federal and state privacy laws.
Is every module included at the nonprofit rate?
Yes. Recruitment, onboarding, personnel and contract management, compliance and benefits tracking, time and leave, performance, learning, pulse surveys, and HR analytics are all included in the $10 USD per-user rate.
