Sincron HR Technologies Inc. is a company based in British Columbia, Canada. We provide HR software (Sincron HR Pro) and related services to organizations in Canada and the United States. The Website is intended for business use by organizations and their representatives.

2. Customer agreements

These Terms cover the public Website and general communications with us. If your organization subscribes to Sincron HR Pro, starts a free Implementation Trial (FIT), or buys services from us, that relationship is also governed by the agreement you sign or accept with us. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes priority.

3. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes, such as learning about our products, requesting a demo, or contacting us. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in a way that breaks any law or regulation

Our toll-free number, 1-866-503-9595, is a voice line for questions about our products and services.

• Voice only. This number does not send or receive text (SMS/MMS) messages. Texts sent to it are not monitored or answered. Please call us or use our Contact page instead.
• No unsolicited marketing. We do not use this number to place automated, prerecorded, or marketing calls.
• Voicemail. If we cannot answer, you may leave a voicemail. Voicemail messages are recorded and stored so we can respond to you.
• Call recording. If we record or monitor a live call, we will tell you at the start of the call.
• Charges. Calls to our toll-free number are free from Canada and the United States. Your phone carrier's standard charges may apply to calls from other countries.
