Who qualifies for Sincron HR Pro's TechSoup Canada nonprofit pricing?
Canadian organizations validated by TechSoup Canada qualify: charities registered with the Canada Revenue Agency, public libraries registered with Libraries and Archives Canada, and nonprofits incorporated under an eligible provincial, territorial, or federal nonprofit act. See TechSoup Canada's eligibility page for the full list of qualifying acts.
Are these prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices on this page are in Canadian dollars: $199 CAD for the business analysis, $500 CAD for the three-month configuration and trial, $500 CAD to go live, then $10 CAD per user per month with a five-user minimum ($50 CAD per month). Applicable Canadian sales taxes are extra.
Does my organization need a TechSoup Canada membership?
No. TechSoup Canada membership is one path to nonprofit pricing. CARF-accredited nonprofits and social-service agencies in Canada can qualify for the same CAD rates directly through Sincron HR.
What documents does TechSoup Canada ask for?
TechSoup Canada validates your organization once, using your CRA charitable-status letter or your nonprofit's incorporation documents. Having these ready before you register speeds up validation.
Where is Canadian client data stored?
Data for Canadian clients is stored on servers located in Canada, and Sincron HR Pro is designed to comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws.
Is every module included at the nonprofit rate?
Yes. Recruitment, onboarding, personnel and contract management, compliance and benefits tracking, time and leave, performance, learning, pulse surveys, and HR analytics are all included in the $10 CAD per-user rate.
