Overview
This workshop series, offered by Sincron HR, will provide tools, resources, strategies, and methods that employers—particularly human resources departments—can utilize to support recruitment and onboarding efforts. Content is separated into two specific modules: (1) recruitment and (2) onboarding of staff.
Participants will gain insights into employee and market behaviour (including branding and automation) that can help employers stand out as an “employer of choice” and will learn efficient ways of documenting and tracking credentials and competencies—speeding up the onboarding process while helping employees develop competency in their new positions.
Upon completion, organizations will better understand the modern recruitment process, have new onboarding plans using both traditional and digital methods, and appropriate intervals for critical and ongoing education of new staff.
Registration Information: Individuals and Organizations
The cost to individual attendees is $30.
The cost to organizations is $30 so one organization may have multiple staff attend. Once registered the registrant must make a request to [email protected] to register multiple attendees from the same organization. Each additional attendee must possess a company email address sharing the same domain name in the email address as the registrant (i.e. [email protected]). All attendees will receive a confirmation email with a URL link and password to attend the online workshop.
Workshop Structure (7 hours of Training)
These workshops will take place over three online sessions—one 1-hour introductory session followed by two 3-hour online sessions over a three-week period.

- Tuesday, March 29th from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM CST (9:30 AM MT, 8:30 AM PST)
- Tuesday, April 5 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM CST (9:30 AM MT, 8:30 AM PST)
This workshop series will be best suited for managers and staff responsible for human resources and/or hiring.
