Every HR software vendor offers a demo. Far fewer let you set the system up around your real processes before you pay anything. Sincron HR's free 60-day Implementation Trial (FIT) includes consultant-led discovery, setup, training, and a pilot with your own team, at no cost and with no obligation to continue. Here's exactly what's included, what you'll have at the end, and what happens if you decide to go live.
What's Included in the Free Trial
The trial includes a dedicated implementation consultant, guided onboarding and training, configuration of your modules, and a pilot before rollout.
- FIT Check: a 45-minute consultation that sets goals and priorities before the trial starts.
- Kickoff and discovery (Days 1-7): your consultant maps how your organization handles HR today, and your admin licence is activated.
- Process review and plan (Days 8-10): you agree on what changes and in what order.
- Core setup (Days 11-25): the modules you rely on first are configured around your plan.
- Remaining modules (Days 26-45): the rest of what you need is set up in phases.
- Pilot and rollout prep (Days 46-60): one manager licence and one employee licence are activated on Day 46 so real users can test the system before everyone else.
- Training throughout: guided onboarding and training continue across all 60 days.
What You'll Have by Day 60
By Day 60, you'll have a configured system that two real users have already tested, and a clear rollout plan for everyone else. Your HR lead will have worked in the platform for two months with a consultant beside them. You'll know how the system fits your workflows before you spend anything, which is the point of the trial.
Onboarding and Compliance Setup

Onboarding and compliance tracking are set up during the trial, so they're ready on day one of go-live. Your consultant helps configure onboarding steps, documents, and the certifications or training records your organization needs to track. For accredited nonprofits, Sincron HR also has a CARF surveyor on its team who can advise on accreditation readiness, billed at the consulting rate.
What It Costs After the Trial
Nothing is charged during the trial; the first cost is a one-time Go Live fee on Day 61, only if you decide to continue.
- Go Live fee: $1,799 one-time, or $899 for eligible nonprofits.
- Subscription: $12.50 per user per month ($10 for nonprofits), with a 5-user minimum.
- Contract: no long-term contract.
- Modules: every core module is included; optional add-ons are priced separately.
- Canada: the same figures in CAD.
What If It Isn't the Right Fit?
You can walk away at any point during the 60 days at no cost. There's no setup fee to recover and no contract to cancel. That's different from trials that end in an automatic paid plan, or 30-day trials that close before the system is configured enough to judge.
