Your Questions Answered

Explore the most common inquiries about Sincron HR Software to understand how we can meet your organizational needs.

What kinds of users and organizations does Sincron HR Software work best for?

Sincron HR Pro is built for accredited nonprofits (like CARF-accredited organizations), social-service agencies, and SMBs: organizations from 30 to 10,000 employees, volunteers, and contractors. We work with three main types of teams. Nonprofit and social-service leadership (Executive Directors, Operations and HR managers) need workforce compliance and financial accountability without straining grant-funded budgets. HR and People teams at SMBs in professional services, healthcare, legal, and financial services need centralized, compliant, scalable workforce processes. And growth-focused SMB owners and operators in construction, manufacturing, logistics, and trades have outgrown spreadsheets. A CARF surveyor on our team also makes us a strong fit for organizations that must meet Community Living, Ministry of Children and Families, and equivalent U.S. state reporting requirements.

What kind of support options does Sincron HR Software offer?

Every client gets training and support included with implementation, plus 24/7 access to the Sincron Learning Hub, a self-serve library of user manuals and videos. Beyond that, we offer dedicated HR consulting, accreditation support (including guidance from a CARF surveyor on our team), post-implementation support and training, and custom service requests for one-off configuration needs. All of it is backed by a consultant relationship that starts during your business analysis and continues through go-live.

Does Sincron HR Software have an API?

Yes. A payroll API is available as an optional add-on, so you can connect Sincron HR Pro's data directly to your payroll provider rather than exporting and re-entering it manually. Sincron doesn't process payroll itself. The API and export connect to whichever payroll system you already use.

What type of training does Sincron HR Software provide?

Training starts during implementation as part of your setup. You also get 24/7 access to the Sincron Learning Hub for on-demand user manuals and videos, plus monthly consultant check-ins during your 3-month trial. Sincron HR Pro also includes its own Training (LMS) module, so once you're live you can build and track training courses, budgets, and required certifications for your own employees.

How much does Sincron HR Software cost?

Pricing starts with a $799 business analysis ($199 for nonprofits) covering two consultant meetings to map your workflows, followed by a $500, 3-month trial (setup, configuration, and monthly check-ins) and $500 to go live. Ongoing subscription pricing is $12.50 per user per month ($10 per user for nonprofits, a 20% discount), with a 5-user minimum ($62.50/month standard, $50/month nonprofit). Custom automations or specialized requests beyond the standard configuration are billed hourly.

What languages does Sincron HR Software support in their product?

Currently, Sincron HR Pro is available exclusively in English, catering to a wide range of English-speaking users globally.

What other applications or services does Sincron HR Software integrate with?

Sincron HR Pro includes Office 365 single sign-on with Calendar and Microsoft Teams integration standard. Optional add-ons extend the platform further with Indeed job board integration, AI resume parsing, SMS messaging, e-signature (via a client-selected vendor), and a payroll data export/API so you can connect Sincron to your existing payroll provider.

Does Sincron HR Software have a mobile app?

Sincron HR Pro doesn't have a native app in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Instead, the HRIS works directly in your phone's browser and behaves like an app once set up. During onboarding, we train your team on how to add a home-screen icon that opens the platform instantly, so employees get an app-like experience without a separate download.

Does Sincron HR Software offer a free trial?

No, we don't offer a free trial. Instead, we offer a $500, 3-month trial that covers setup, configuration, and monthly consultant check-ins. If it's not the right fit, you're free to walk away after the trial with no long-term contract.
