1) In the recruitment module, click on the project (job posting) where the candidate’s profile and application is located (including interview data and candidate history)
2) In the project click on the “Candidates” tab
3) To Find the Candidate (multiple options)
a) Scroll down to the candidates’ name
b) In the filters click on the colour coded number next to search phase, phone interview, interview, or client (short list)
c) Use the filters – phase and project status, source, or general status
4) Click on “Interview Evaluation Form”
5) Update “Current status in project” to “Employed”
6) Click on the Personnel Module then Pre-Hire
7) Click on the candidates’ name
8) Check that all the candidates’ data is correct and click “Activate Contract”
