2) Add Objectives to the Objectives Library

3) Create 360 Degree Feedback Forms and 360 Degree Feedback Sessions
Tip: Create 360 degree feedback questions in the organization module. Click on Skills – select the skill – click edit in the “Questions 360” field.
4) Create Evaluation Periods (objectives validation and evaluations) and Dashboards (add employees to evaluation sessions, monitor the progress of evaluations and notify/remind managers when required to complete the evaluation process)
